Pool

Q: What are the operating hours of the pool?
A: The pool season typically runs from Memorial Day until Labor Day. During season, the pool is open every day from 8:00 AM -10:00 PM.

Q: How many guests are allowed at the pool?
A: 2 guests per household.

Q: Where is the pool located?
A: Center Courtyard

Q: Is alcohol allowed at the pool?
A: No glass containers permitted

 

Gate Access

Q: Where can I get a gate access device?

Q: How long does it take for my request to be fulfilled and how will I receive my gate access device?
A: Please allow up to 7 business days from form submission to receive your access device. When your access device is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification. You can choose to either have your device mailed to you or pick it up at your local Goodwin office.

Q: How do I pay for my gate access device?
 A: 
Any charges will be billed to your HOA account.  Click HERE to pay for any applicable charges.  

NOTE:  Charges will not be reflected on your account until your request has been processed and finalized.

Q: Where can I get my Parking Sticker for my car.
 A:  
The attached (below) form must be completed and returned to the community manager, Mrs. Monday Makin at Monday.makin@goodwintx.com or mail to 2425 North Central Expressway #500, Dallas, TX 75080. Please note that without these parking stickers displayed on your vehicle, it will be subject to be towed.
